Registration

It is mandatory that all Pathfinder clubs throughout the Southeastern California Conference register every Pathfinder participant - Pathfinders, Teens, & Leaders  - with the Youth Ministries Office at the conference in order to be covered by Pathfinder Insurance.  Pathfinders, teens and leaders who join/register during the year must follow the same procedure in order to be covered by Pathfinder Insurance.  Pathfinder functions are exempt from local church insurance.

Club Registration Process

The following forms need to be completed and mailed or turned into the Youth Ministries Office:

• SECC Pathfinder & Leader Registration/Application - filled out by leaders, teens and members annually
• SECC Teen Counselor Application - filled out by teens annually
• Background Check Authorization - leaders and volunteers, 18 year or older, biannually; submit to SECC Youth Ministries
• Pathfinder/Adventurer Insurance Application - filled out each time forms are turned in

The following form needs to be completed and turned into the local church:

• Children & Youth Volunteer Worker Form - needs to only be done once
