Where

On the Southeastern California Conference grounds.

Description

This event is held annually and is the biggest and busiest event of the Pathfinder year. The Fair is primarily a time for parents and friends to see what the Pathfinders have done throughout the year. The day begins with a parade of all Pathfinders marching the streets of La Sierra. There are different events taking place throughout the day: demonstrations, participation, food booths and many other exciting activities as the day progresses.

Attendance

All Pathfinder clubs, parents, friends, pastors and church members are encouraged to attend.

Uniform

All Pathfinders and staff are to be in full dress Class A uniform from 8:30am until the end of the opening ceremonies. Field uniforms may be worn the rest of the day. All Pathfinders and staff must wear Class A or Field Uniform.

Animals

No animals are allowed.

Registration

The club director or secretarymust submit the online registration forms fifteen (15) days before the event. All registration deadline are Monday, May 7, 2012. An application must be done for each of the following that pertains to the club participation:

Fair Registration Form - This form must be completed by all clubs attending the Fair. Mark all boxes that apply to your club participation. No fees.

Booth Application Form - This form is completed if your club intends to have a Display, Participation or an Event Booth and must be submitted with the Fair Registration Form. A $50 refundable cleaning deposit is required for each booth and can be paid onsite by check or cash.

Food Booth Application Form - This form is completed if your club intends to have a Food Booth. Remember, your club is eligible to have a Food Booth onlyif you also have either a Display, Participation or Event Booth. This form must be submitted with the Fair Registration Form. A $50 refundable cleaning deposit is required and can be paid onsite by check or cash.

Onsite registration is required before clubs will be given their reserved space for booth(s). The club director or staff may register onsite at the Assembly Room (registration area) either Saturday evening from 8:00-10:00pm or Sunday morning from 6:00-8:30am. If you do not register by the designated time, you will not receive a space for your booth(s), time for your drill team, or Fair points.
