Fun Day

Description
The conference-wide Adventurer Fun Day is held annually on the conference grounds and is the biggest event of the Adventurer year. Clubs have the opportunity to earn money for their club by setting up food booths and are encouraged to set up a display booth to show the Adventurer, Eager Beaver, and Little Lamb accomplishments. The day is filled with games and activities for the whole family.
Attendance
All Adventurer clubs, parents, friends, pastors, and church members are encouraged to attend.
Registration
The club director or secretary must submit the online registration form(S) at least fifteen (15)days before the event if they wish to participate in activities listed in the program outline. Registration deadline is Monday, April 2. An application must be done for each of the following that pertains to the club participation:
 

 
Fun Day Registration Form - This form must becompleted by all clubs attending Fun Day. Mark all boxes that apply to your club participation. No fees.
 
Booth Application Form - This form is completed if your club intends to have aDisplay or Craft Booth and must be submitted with the Fun Day Registration Form. A $50 refundable cleaning deposit is required for each booth and can be paid onsite by check or cash only.
 
Food Booth Application Form - This form is completed if your club intends to have a Food Booth. Remember, your club is eligible to have a Food Booth only if you also have either a Display or Craft Booth. This form must be submitted with the Fun Day Registration Form. A $50 refundable cleaning deposit is required and can be paid onsite by check or cash only.
 
Onsite registration is required before clubs will be given their reserved space for booth(s). The club director or staff may register onsite at the Registration Area on Sunday morning from 8:00-10:00am. If you do not register by the designated time, you will not receive a space for your booth(s).
Uniform
Adventurers and staff must wear the Adventurer T-shirt or staff T-shirt and jean pants or shorts. Dress uniform my be worn for the opening ceremony and throughout the day, if the club chooses to do so.
